But here's my take after my second oily pregnancy. Ningxia Red is food. It is made of fruits and plants. I feel really good about that. Plus antioxidants are crucial for reproductive health, cleaning out our system so we can focus on growing that sweet life.

I can't help but wish that I could have experienced this energy and vitality with my first five pregnancies! My midwife recommends it highly and encourages all of her clients to drink it.
