We're trying to get all your cleansing questions in one place so you can feel confident in this important habit going forward! We've heard you say that the options are confusing and we want to make it simple and easy!

1) If you can access this out of print book, it's a huge help with all things cleansing: Inner Transformations Using Essential Oils by Leanne Deardeuff

2) Start slow and work your way in. You didn't get where you are overnight, and you won't fix it all overnight. Read up on each supplement, scan or muscle test if you have the opportunity, and just give it a go!

3) Cleansing at all is most important. It doesn't have to be the perfect time. Just let the seasons guide you if wanting some flow or ways to rotate where you are focusing your supplements and health efforts.

4) Emotions matter A LOT with your physical health. Take the time to address them with your oils. And know that when you cleanse, you can expect to see these come to the surface. That is GOOD news. Suppressed emotions damage your health. Here's a great tool for that.
